In order for our guests to be covered under Medicare Part A, the following requirements must be met;
A qualifying inpatient hospital stay of at least 3 nights within the past 30 days, required skilled nursing or rehabilitation care certified by a physician or screening agency, and not having exhausted the 100 day Medicare limit. A member of admissions is able to verify coverage for our guests prior to Admission. Please contact Admissions for more detailed information.
Private Insurance
Beecher Manor welcomes guests with the following insurance plans, but not limited to Aetna, BCBS PPO, Humana, and Long Term Care insurance policies. Our admissions team can help verify provider benefits and explain your coverage more in depth.
Medicaid
Beecher Manor is able to accept Medicaid, a government subsidized health program based on bed availability. This program requires an application process and approval of determination. This options does require income, such as social security benefits or pension, to be paid to Beecher Manor each month. To inquire if Medicaid beds are available, please call (708)946-2600 and ask for Admissions.
Private Pay
Beecher Manor accepts Private Pay as a method of payment for care as well. A member of admissions can provide the daily Private Pay rate for both private and semi-private rooms. This rate would also apply to respite stay individuals. Room rates include 24 hour general nursing care such as medication administration, skin care to prevent breakdown, assistance with activities of daily living, meals and recreational activities. This rate does not include pharmaceuticals. Typically, a 30 day cost of care deposit is required on the day of admission as well as an application to be completed.
